How does International Parallel Sourcing train the virtual staff?

International parallel Sourcing aaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaa aaaaaa aaaaaaa provides your virtual talent with the right environment and training so that they can meet your specific needs. By the end of the training, they will be very familiar with the culture, expectations, and practices of your organization. A virtual talent will work only for you for 40 hours each week.

Is training done in person or remotely?

Initial Training is provided by the Vendor, and for any additional training it depends on the project. Shorter and less-involved projects will most likely warrant over-the-phone counseling via a teleconference, providing literature, or via video/audio. For longer, more detailed projects, it is suggested to get together with the Vendor. (The customer might decide to send a trainer to overseas to provide training to vendor’s staff; or ask vendor to send staff members to Australia for training)
